We are satisfied with the service of BritMark. To settle claims and complains is difficult and unpleasant task. And we are happy to outsource it, since I remember the time when our employees had to deal with this task and they got “burned out” very quickly. I do not know how management of BritMark motivate their personnel, but they solve this task very efficiently. Our account managers are the same for a long time and we are happy with this as well. Our cooperation is not limited only to medical insurance of personnel. We are very big company and in order to organize tenders with insurance companies and settle complains, we would need separate small department for this. Thanks to BritMark we can avoid it.
