On November 23 the partner at BritMark delivered a speech at the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine regarding the specifics of Directors & Officers’ Insurance (so called D&O).

The round table discussion was focused on the reform in the national corporate management system. The event brought together 59 representatives of private and public corporations as well as governmental institutions.

BritMark was invited to speak at the event due to our extensive experience in D&O insurance. In particular, the insurance policy with the record for the Ukrainian market limit of liability ($ 50 mln.) was concluded though our assistance.
