On June 16 Andrey Kosenkov delivered workshop for the member companies of European Business Association. The audience found out how to settle the property insurance claims speedily and competently.

Andrey addressed real-life examples to illustrate in which cases insurance company had legitimate grounds for indemnity denial. Workshop was held in question and answer form. In the course of the discussion the following issues were raised:  

• Legal nuances to keep in mind when signing an insurance policy;
• Action plan for handling insured event;
• List of documents required to prove the insured loss and receive indemnity;
• Approach to calculating the sum of loss and corresponding indemnity amount;
• Tips on how to avoid delay in receiving insurance indemnity.

All the participants of the discussion got a chance to receive valuable tips and recommendations regarding insurance claims settlement.
