Following unfavorable weather conditions (fog, wet road, dusk) a driver of an insured vehicle lost control and drove off the road.

During the claim settlement process, damages to the truck and to the semi-trailer were acknowledged to be total, therefore the Insured received reimbursements  for both vehicles equal to full sums insured minus cost of remains.

Total compensation amounted to UAH 935,000.00. Claim settled by insurance company “Arsenal”
