Our Client suffered a loss of almost UAH 3 mln when a caterpillar tractor ignited spontaneously during the field work.  

In the course of claim settlement, the loss was recognized as total, therefore the Client received the indemnity amount equal to the market value of the tractor reduced by the value of the remains.

The indemnity was paid out by ARX.
