Vision limitations and difficult weather conditions caused a driver of an insured Ford Kuga automobile to lose control and suffer a head-on collision with an oncoming vehicle.

During claim settlement the damaged vehicle has been acknowledged as non-recoverable (“total loss”). Claim was settled in the amount of a full price of the car – UAH 709,000.

Reimbursement paid by “ARX” insurance company.
