In the course of providing comprehensive insurance coverage for Client’s project, involving construction of 50MW solar plant experts of BritMark managed to add Marine DSU endorsement to the policy.

This means that should the solar plant suffer the delay in start-up due to unforeseen damage to the materials during their shipment to the construction site, the insurer will cover the investor’s lost profit. Such coverage, without exaggeration, is of fundamental importance given the impact of green tariff on the investment decisions.   

It’s worth mentioning that Marine DSU is common in the western insurance market. However, in Ukraine only a few can boast such coverage.
